A wallet that you can download to your own PC/Raspi. With Monero, the only option I'm aware of is My Monero.
6% stake interest per year on the amount of Cloak you hold in your wallet. You can stake CLOAK with a laptop or even a raspi! For Monero you need a big mining farm and lot's of elec power.
