The Circle Bitcoin app can now also be used to send cash

Has it ever occurred to you that you were at a dinner with your friends at a restaurant and you have no way of splitting the check, as not everyone has enough cash on hand? Well, an interesting app which we will cover today allows you to beam your money across the table, thus allowing everyone to pay their part of the bill.Circle was created by the company with the same name and is currently available as a free download for Android and iOS. What truly makes it special in a market where mobile money transfer apps are becoming more and more popular is the fact that you will also be able to use digital currencies, rather than fiat. Apps such as PayPal, Venmo and Square Cash work similarly and are very-well made, but they have the USD cash limitation, as users are required to link their bank accounts while also giving out their credit card information.

As an effort to attract more customers, including people who are not yet involved with digital currencies, or do not have any stored, the folks behind the app decided to add a new functionality, which would allow users to send fiat as well, while also converting it to bitcoin and vice-versa, thus making the app perfect for everyone, regardless of whether they are fiat or digital currency users. In terms of the apps security, it looks like the company has invested lots of effort into making it privacy-safe and secure for the transactions which are carried out. For example, two-factor authentication is mandatory whenever you sign in on the app, thus adding an extra layer of security. At this moment in time, users are required to create an account and be verified by Circle (verification usually takes one or two days). Once this is done, they will have spending limit of $300 per month, thus allowing the company to see whether the users are trustworthy or not. After a short period of time, the limit will be removed, thus allowing customers to make more and larger transactions. At this moment in time, Circle chose not to reveal how many transactions are being carried out on their platform and their current number of users, but they did state that they have customers in over 100 countries, which is great news for both the company and the app.Based on everything that has been outlined so far, are you interested in giving Circle a spin?
