Wow this is quite some history (I really did not know). All I see are the progressiveness of our monetary system from Gold, Peso, Thaler, Daler, Dollar. I find it logical that bitcoin becomes a worthy successor
Bitcoin was the first generation prototype. Steem will be the true successor. :)
