Well, actually we Will be able to organise ourselves with no apical levels.. the anarchic vision remained a utopia just becouse they didn't have the tools we have now..have a stunning day too!!!!
What is an apical level?
It means an organisation of society in a pyramidal hierarchic system , like usually happens from the beginning of time.
O yeah you think we can get away from that? Seems pretty ingrained.
