Litecoin throwing up 24 to 25% and fluctuate so far,
litepay coming on the 26th Feb and Litecoin fork scheduled for this Sunday (rumour: LF is a scam)
people got themselves, patient, & waiting for that.
maybe it's valued BTC Trade market.
