When new wallets come out a lot will get 'unlocked' and dumped. Buy after that.
Not necessarily. When I got my Bitcoin cash, I didn't sell immediately because it kept going up and up and up. So, i watched it go from $320 to past $600 and sold at $621.
With projected current up move, when new wallets see prices keep jumping higher, it will have them hold for better prices.
