LITECOIN (LTC) Update: Right Shoulder (RS-1) Done; Now RS-2 forming

This Head and Shoulder Bottom pattern is so far playing out. The first Right Shoulder (RS-1) is complete and so the second Right Shoulder (RS-2) is currently in progress. Once RS-2 is formed, then the remaining confirmatory task is for price to breakout above the Neck Line.
