Two things:

#1 Plagiarism this is not
Isn't there rampant plagiarism on Steemit? It seems this would be a better use of time criticizing the system, no? @haejin isn't plagiarizing, to the best of our knowledge
#2 Gaming of the System (of a down?)
if the complaint is haejin in gaming the system due to @ranchorelaxo votes, isn't that what a HUGE plethora of users, especially whales, are already doing on steemit? There's practically a whole ecosystem built on top of Steemit helping whales juice their steemit numbers.

In other words, if you're going to police, police the worst actors, no?

Also, the cursing-- know it feels right, and emotions are good, but step back and breath man! No?
