Creating Wealth with Bitclub: Joby Weeks Anarchapulco 2017 Speech
At last year’s Anarchapulco, Joby Weeks gave a speech on how he first got acquainted with bitcoin.
He was incredibly surprised to see just how wealthy some of the people he recommended the currency to became years later including one UPS driver that used to deliver packages to his house who invested $10,000 at the time and later paid off his house and car with the earnings that amounted to around $1.2 million.

MLMs, for anyone who doesn't already know, are more often referred to as "pyramid schemes". I would recommend staying away from (or at least be EXTREMELY careful with and do a lot of researchon) anything like this, where you "buy in" and they offer you huge returns. The term "binary commissions" is a dead giveaway, where people are rewarded for bringing more people in...
The key to making these things work is in getting people to convince others to join. As long as new people are investing, and the influx is more than the commissions being paid, the scheme keeps going. As soon as there is more money going out than coming in, the whole thing closes up, and the last half of the people who joined just lost all their money.
Joby replied to a sub-comment about how Bitcoin owned by investors was effected with the Bitcoin Cash fork. He did not address any of the links I shared, or my comment in in general.
