This such an insightful post , yes we need to invest in ourselves mentally and all the ways you mentioned. I personally stop checking how the market is doing every other minutes since the drop of Bitcoin from $20 000 to present. Checking the price every minute is just going to make me miserable, so I rather spend more time here where I can earn STEEM and when the bulls take over the market I will be smiling to the moon.
