I stopped including the link for the video in these posts, there was a pretty bad conversion rate. It seems this crowd prefers to read rather than watch, but I can include it if that's what you prefer :)
For me, as a non english native speaker it's great to be able to read the show in advance...But to watch the episode is more dynamic . You're the boss in your channel, so do whats better for you
