You should of used coinbase. They have insurance so you would get all you r money back. Actually u should of used a wallet on your computer.

I know it sucks. I'm sure it will go to court and you might get your money back but who knows or when.
i wouldn't mind if Bitfinex subjected all BTC to socialized losses
