Major Cryptocurrency Exchange Bittrex Updates Terms of Service - Effective Date: March 9th, 2018
The Bittrex has published new rules of rendering services to users. Among the main innovations — the ban on participation in the auction of minors and residents of the countries against which at the USA sanctions are imposed.
Bittrex renders services only to users aged from 18 years and is more senior and in case they meet the criteria described in the real conditions it is said in the statement of the exchange. Among such criteria — aren't entered in sanctions lists by Management on control of foreign assets of the USA or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
New conditions also include rather vague formulation about the ban on participation in the auction of all citizens and residents of the countries against which trade sanctions from the USA are imposed though in the previous section it is only about the faces included in special sanctions lists.
"You can't use services of the exchange if you live, you are a citizen or the resident of any goudarstvo, the country, territory or other jurisdiction which is under sanctions of the USA or where our services are considered as illegal or contradicting the legislation".
Slightly below in rules it is supplemented that Bittrex can make decisions on the ban on rendering of services on own discretion, including not execute warrants and block access for users to the accounts:
"Bittrex can suspend or reject your warrants for transactions, suspend or stop support of tokens or suspend or stop your access to services according to the relevant laws, norms or in pursuance of the order of law enforcement agencies or other governmental bodies".
New rules come into force since March 9, 2018.
