BLOCKv the platform for the next generation of Crypto Kitties

BLOCKv or (VEE) is an interesting token that just hit one of the bigger exchanges in China (OKEX). One of the reasons I like BLOCKv is because unlike half of the crypto trading, BLOCKv actually has working product. They recently partnered with the 2nd largest phone carrier in Russia for a concert.

Team

Another reason I like BLOCKv is because the team has created a cryptocurrency before. A few of the senior people previously worked on Tether, which controversial or not is still one of the most widely used currencies. Additionally one of their team members was the CTO of Bitfinex which might be helpful in getting the currency listed there.

Tech

BLOCKv is interesting because its technology is not dependent on a single cryptocurrency. It is a platform that fits on top of an existing blockchain. For example they could run a promotion one week on Bitcoin, the next week on Ethereum and so on. I think this is important because their fate is not tied to any of the underlying coins.

Market Size

Finally the market for digital goods is absolutely enormous. According to recent estimates, the market size is $15B and growing. If the BLOCKv team can capture even a portion of that the upside will be substantial.
