Great video Brandon. Altcoin Buzz are a really good channel, especially for beginners.
Thanks for giving a beginners course to all Steemians, really great of you to do - checking out the coin's team, checking out their Twitter etc. is always important. I find, being technically minded, that reading the white paper in depth is the best way to analyse a coin.
As I mentioned before, I'll be creating an online course - I do not want it to seem like I am promoting it in the comments on your post, but if you want to chat a bit about it let me know and we can't talk on steemit chat, discord, Telegram or whatever else suits you best! I'm looking to spread the word to as many people as possible. Cheers for the great post!
Yes, that's also a great idea to do before investing: read the whitepaper. Or at least check to see that there is a whitepaper lol. Some coins slack in that department. And yes, that's a great idea and no worries about promoting yourself. There's plenty of room here on Steemit and I'm sure you'll be going into a lot more analytical detail then I do so that's good for people who want to get really serious about crypto. I'll get on steemit chat and hit you up.
