The above picture shows the current APR for BTC for 60 days. Never in my lifetime, have I seen a traditional brick and mortar bank offer such rates.

Existing loan function in Poloniex and its shortcomings

First log in to Poloniex. On the landing page you will see (LENDING). Click on that.
