I imagine it is possible instead of people locking up Monaco for 6 months to get the higher level cards. In the future Big corporations may buy up Monaco tokens and charge a one time fiat fee to register a monaco card for you by locking up some of their tokens for 6 months which they will get back and in doing so will help push the price of the other monaco they hold upwards........
