It will not; it was designed to be 1/4 the value of BTC. It is supposed to be valued at somewhere around $700 USD right now. Greatly undervalued.

If it's truly "supposed to be valued at somewhere around $700", there's still a 10x upside factor as of now, which is a pretty massive return for investment.
