Bought my NEO near the lowest point of the September bear market. Simply couldn't see the Chinese genuinely banning ICOs or seriously cracking down on cryptos. They'll be going for a bit of breathing space so they can introduce proper regulation and ensure they have some decent control of what goes on, and they'll most definitely be happy to support a homegrown alternative to Ethereum etc.
