Kucoin is a Hong Kong Exchange so it is SAFE from Chinese government. I like their aggressive competitions like Binance where they do a Volume deal with a coin and give away a car or some huge coin reward. It’s usually by coins that have recently had an ICO and have a lot of whales or big orders to trade :)
