My country Philippines is no longer supported for Coinbase. I buy/sell Steem/SBD with Dogecoin via BlockTrades.us and Coinpot.co. if I want to withdraw/transfer BTC to Coins.ph (to bank account. Conversion and 0.002 BTC Transfers from Coinpot.co is FREE but it takes more or less 48 hours processing. I am fine with that at least FREE :)
I use Jaxx dogecoin wallet if I want to buy/sell small amount of DOGE to PESO via pinoybitcoinexchange :)

Oh my goodness! That seems criminal! I'm sorry about that. :(
You know, this is one reason cryptocurrency was created in the first place, to minimize transaction costs, especially those dealing with micro-transactions and peer-to-peer transactions. I hope, in time, this can get worked out, so everyone in the world can have equal fees across the board.
Yeah I was a happy Bitcoin user in the past 3 years but now I am no longer happy with CryptoCurrencies except Steem/SBD which we could earn easily (^_^).
Yea, it seems like there are some very successful individuals on this platform. Maybe, someday, I can be like one of them :)
