Anyone had their BTC withdrawal held by Poloneix?

Been waiting 6 days for my withdrawal to be 'approved' and have had zero response from the Poloneix support team... in the past, their transactions were speedy and smooth.

I am not sure what has happened but I am hearing a lot of people going through this. Anyone experienced it? Anyone understand it?! Did anyone actually get response to their support ticket?! Why is this occurring and is there a chance I will lose my funds? So many questions...
