Crypto review: Te food, fair about food + price prediction

In march 2018 Te food (TFD) launched their ICO for investors. Te food gives consumers real-time information about the origin of foodstuff. With that information consumers know exactly where their foodstuff comes from and how the animal lived. The idea is great, but is the coin worth investing in?

Benefits of Te food:

• An existing company. The technique of Te food is already used by more than 6000 companies. The company started in 2015 and is responsible for more than 400.000 transactions a day
• The team of Te food consists of experienced team members. The due diligence file did not show any remarkable things.
• Te food has a great service and informs the community with interesting and valuable information. Their application works fine and has a great usability.

Downsides of Te food:

• Te food protected their code and makes no use of Github
• Te food uses Vietnam as their base as we speak. The big question is: Does Te food has the possibility to launch their business model in other countries. Think about laws and rules, which are different in each country.
• The goals of Te food are ambitious, but probably not realistic. Their arguments in the whitepaper and roadmap lack quality.

Risks for The food:

• The coin has a lot of strong competitors. Think about MOD, WTC, WABI and Ambrosus.
• The team does not fully cooperate in the project of Te food
• 50% of the tokens are trapped for 2 years. This is a long time in comparison with other projects .

Total score:
Short term: 70/100%. De coin is looking for some good fundamentals. When the coin is launched on a well known exchange, the price can easily double. At the moment the coins value is lower then the ICO price.

Long term: 62/100%. The coin can easily jump to 4-6 times of the original price. To realize this, they have to use their marketing budget to contact the community. The most important part is that TFD values its promises in their roadmap.
