22k or 25k, anything above 20k or even near to that will be huge for bitcoin. People will regain there trust that it isn't a ponzi scheme that it once reached 20k by chance and then it went down.
So I believe @zaeemsyed it needs to reach somewhere near its ATH to establish itself in the general public.
