Actually, Andreas made a good point where these two are not really rivals here. Also, there is a large discrepancy between BTC and ETH value where ETH is loosing ground, but when you compare it to the USD, it looks ok (but USD is a depreciating currency). So looks good, but really, if you left your money invested in BTC, you are actually gaining more value:
