Binance is definitely one of the better exchanges.. For any newbies, make sure to set up 2FA, & before you trade, (especially in small amounts) check the minimum withdrawal & fee percentage of the currency you are going to buy / withdraw so you don't get stuck having to buy into something more than you prefer.
