Ranchorelaxo the whale gives him upvotes for $150-200+ on every post, not his followers
He is taking his profits away from steemit
He does not give back to his supporters or the steemit community ( do you see him upvoting and commenting his followers? )
He delegated part of his power to an account named @starjuno to flag posts or comments like this one on his behalf
at the same time you are abusing this site by following over 15k accounts hoping that some of them will follow you back.
Could you please point me where did you read that was an abuse?. sounds like you just had to tell @thabiggdogg something back because he called @haejin a scammer. That may be your own view, i do not see nothing about that on the Blue or the Whitepaper
this user @truthtrader is getting flagged for sharing some light on the subject, look the downvoter, is @starjuno. He does not have the decency of downvoting it himself

Im very new in this community and obviously Im not sure how things work here. Ive been actually reading @haejin content and I found some of his posts quite useful. He isnt my fav author but I still couldnt understand why there is so much hate in the air.
I start to realize that there is some sort of flagging war happening here and it seem to backfire on regular users a little bit to much.

Yes, that's right. Some people prefer to stay away in case the comments or flags backfires at them. Also some people think there is no issue to deal with.
i still need to learn more about what is and how it works, the Reward Pool. and if this account @haejin is really draining the pool.
I think the concept of the pool is that you can get upvotes (sbd's) from it but also there is a need to give others upvotes (sbd's) . i will give it a read again tonight (to the whitepaper)
