VIRAL: Why Jamie Dimon Called Bitcoin A "Fraud" - NOT What You Already Heard
Here's the REAL reason Jamie Dimon used the word *FRAUD" to describe Bitcoin (in addition to wanting to lower the price for JP Morgan to buy in - reported separately).
Previously if you searched *Jaime Dimon Fraud" on Google, you would get a flood of information on HIS association with fraud:
Now if you search for his association with fraud all you get is Bitcoin FUD. Great attempt to reshape his image while further lining his pockets...

That's interesting. I don't think his words did anything to the bitcoin price, I think it was all about the China news. Hopefully now that's out of the way, the price of bitcoin can go back to trending upwards.
It was a combination. If you look at the timing of his comments and immediate high profile tweets from the conference broadcasting his proclamation that BTC is a fraud, there was a noticeable immediate sell-off.
