There are a lot of these available. I use several on my mobile device (some pay out in Ethereum since it is cheaper on fees but still offer Bitcoin). They are a decent time waster and can give you a decent bit of money over a long period of time.

You won't become rich using them but they are a great way for people to dip their toes into alt-currencies without chancing a bank account or Paypal information.
