Maybe, and maybe not, who knows for sure. Do you think they will fix it so that it doesn't go up or down but stays the same so that the banks can use it and keep the rate fixed?
Well the wild swings have not been taking place the last several weeks. Just need a gradual steady up trend. Don't you think?
