There is no such thing as 100% we are only talking about probabilities. If you feel like everything is going to zero, get out of the market. I am still positive on the tech which means I do see value in it. Sooner or later the price will approach the value. Besides, when I look at the chart of this year I do see a downtrend not two crashes.
