If you have more cash and so laddering your ladder, it would be ideal. In other words, not all cash goes into this ladder.
Damn I'm not ready for $3500 neither ! I started to ladder at 7800 (20%) 7400 (50%) 7000 (20%) 6000 (10%). What % did you use?
