if BTC goes all the way down to only under the level of 700 usd (your target 682 USD ), then I believe the whole world will be on fire, and they will surely take advantage of the ridiculously low price to purchase BTC. I cannot even imagine it to go this low! but if it will, I will try to have money left over to perhaps buy you one or two bitcoins as well as the rest im cashing all in on ! ;)
