RE: Bitshares - State of the Network - 27th February 2018
Thank you for posting @steempower.
This information regarding Bitshares is appreciated as well as the various links.
There was a query over at Bitshares Discord concerning unknown arbitrary tokens showing up in one's wallet.........and since you have requested we submit queries about anything else we may want steempower to cover.....here is a query....
Who, What, Why, are these coins one receives in one's account...seemingly because one is an active trader......or for another reason. How does one contact them to say 'thank you'?
All the best.
Cheers.
These are tiny sharedrops to get people to notice the coins.
You can think of it like spamming the chain to get people to notice your new token.
When I get these, I usually move them to a second account, so they don't confuse me when I look at my main wallet.
We get the same thing happening on steem when someone sends you 0.001 SBD and then spams you saying "please upvote my post"
Thank you for the kind explanation @intelliguy.
Appreciate the idea of where to store them as well.
All the best.
Cheers.
