Airdrop of 10 BCL incoming worth ~$125+ If you don't have a Bitshares Wallet yet, now's the time to grab one.

Just wanted to let you know that if you don't have a free Bitshares account yet, now's a great time to get one. Bitcoin Latina is about to give out 10 BCL to every account on the Bitshares blockchain and you don't want to miss out.
Currently BCL is trading for 65 BTS or ~$13.65 at the time of this post (market pic below). So, those 10 free air dropped BCL are worth about $136. That should be more than enough incentive to go through the simple process of creating your own Bitshares account.
If you're not aware, Bitshares is a decentralized exchange built by @dan and is one of the most used blockchains in the world. I love using the platform and it's worth checking out even if there wasn't an air drop incoming. Now just happens to be a great time to take the leap if you haven't.

"Anyone with a BitShares wallet will be given 10 free BitcoinLatina (BCL) tokens on February 14 and on that day we also will provide approximately 23 million coins to volunteers, who now number more than one hundred people working full and part time."

Important Update - February 12th
Additional information about this airdrop has now come out. It's now been stated that you must fill out the form at this link in order to get the airdrop. You'll need to give them your Bitshares account name in the form and you will then recieve 2 BCL on the 15th. They are now saying that you'll be able to earn the additional 8 BCL in a different way by contributing to the community. It's not really clear what that means at this point. Definitely misleading given the initial quote from the interview provided above, but still, a nice drop for nothing more than setting up a Bitshares account and filling out a form.
Hurry though, you only have until February 14th to get your account created
This is awesome.. i need to start using that platform more, i have loaded up on bitshares but for some stupid reason i just leave them sitting in binance cuz i still havent had time to learn the bitshares platform.. its crazy to me that i dont have a "real" job but still cant find time tondo shit like that.. infact today is the day! Im going to make some time to figure out this platform today!

I haven't recieved mine yet either, but if you filled out the form I believe you will see it. They likely just took a snapshot of the blockchain yesterday and will distribute it when they're ready. It's pretty common for it to take a bit for projects to do that.

Definitely a possiblity, but then again, I expected the same for Bitcoin Gold and a few other forks, and yet, never happened.
Oh it had...there is difference between temporary dump after it has been enlisted and increase of prize during the time when all Alts are up. What I say is also just a possibility of course but rule of thumb implies that it will happen. Just look at the graph:).
I guess you and I have different views on what a dump looks like. Personally, I don't think Bitcoin Gold should be worth more than a nickel, so having a price "dump" to over a hundred bucks is not really a dump in my eyes.
That's why I'm constantly shocked at what some of these alt coins trade at, there's just no justification for it. But, this market has proven me wrong again and again and so even though I believe these things should nose dive and never come back, the market has frequently done otherwise.
Let's say this thing loses 75% of it's value, that's still $3.41 per coin which equates to ~$35 per wallet. It's hard to argue with the fact that you're getting a pretty sweet return for simply creating a Bitshares account.
I did not try to refute the fact that you will recieve free money...not at all.
We are also not talking about its overall prize and whether it is deserved or not (it of course is not we agree on that). It is one of the proofs of Alt bubble that is currently happening and continue to happen every now and then.

I feel like we're very much in alignment in our thoughts but I do for sure have a different opinion on what a dump is.
For me, that graph doesn't represent a dump because, in my view, the graph itself doesn't properly represent the value of the underlying asset, hence whatever conclusions drawn from it are not accurate. That's all I was trying to point out.
Now, if that graph showed the coin going from 20 cents down to 3 cents, then I'd call it a dump :) but it just blows my mind that anyone would be buying Bitcoin Gold at over even a dollar, and yet, there's the graph as proof that the market is crazy and completely irrational. Since that's the case I don't even pretend to know which way any of these things are going to go even though logic and reason tell me where they should go.
Just a different view, because I've also seen a ton of coins spike when I thought for sure they'd do nothing but sink.

Do you have a source for this? I've gone through the process at bitcoinlatina.org and never once did it ask for my bitshares wallet name, which leads me to believe that you really do only need to have an account on the blockchain.
I, of course, could be wrong though. So if you have a source please post it.
