BitShares - An Exchange Platform Where Traders Need Not Worry About Hackers & Earn Revenues Without Playing "Favorite"
Its been just a few days since I become regular on BitShares, and now I spend more time researching and studying BitShares.
So, what is BitShares? BitShares is a trading platform, its decentralized, and it also has its own currency, apart from that it also supports many other currencies, which can be traded, and moreover its a trust-less network, meaning I don't have to worry about my funds getting stolen by the trading platform. #BTS If you have a BitShares account you can use the same username and password to login to Openledger.
We often hear this exchange got hacked, that exchange got hacked etc, but we never knew who the hacker was, nor there was any evidence if there was actually any hacking or its the company running the trading platform stole all our funds. #BTS
Trading can be fun when done properly, and moreover the trader is rewarded based on his merits and decision making.
I like Steemit, and because of Steemit I get to learn all these wonderful things about cryptocurrency. I update my Steemit every single day. But I think recently I'm spending more time on BTS, well there is a reason for that.
Well, as more and more people are joining Steemit, it means more and more blogs are being posted every second, so no matter how much efforts I put, at the end of the day, my income from Steemit depends on the upvotes from other people like you. Sometimes a post could get some attentions and sometimes a post would struggle to earn 10 cents, well as I mentioned it depends on you. While some people can earn a lot just from commenting a smiley, while some others couldn't even earn that much by blogging for months. Also there is this "playing favorite" which is highly common. #BTS
But when it comes to trading on BitShares #BTS everything depends on the decision making of the trader. There is no such thing as playing favorite, a small luck is also in play, but everything else, apart from the present market condition depends on the trader, anybody can just trade and make profits, they just need to know what kind of decision to make and when is the right time for that, which is different from Steemit blogging platform.
The opportunity to make money from trading on the BitShares platform is equal to all traders, but its very different in Steemit.

Good comparison to Steemit, I didn't think about it that way before - indeed, it's random blogging talents and votes vs your merits as a trader in BitShares - What an interesting way to think about it. Makes me believe in future, many different blockchains will suit different talents ...
Yes as I mentioned before.. Success on Steemit can also be possible without any blogging talent at all.. things like friendship or favouritism can play a major role.. Trading on exchange like BitShares on the other hand has nothing to do with friendship or favouritism, it totally depends on one's own talent and sometimes yes one can just get lucky.
