Users downvoting this should also note that @freedom upvoted 2 blacklist posts this one and this one https://steemit.com/blacklist/@blacklist/why-you-got-blacklisted-blind-followers-of-ats-david-and-his-abusive-behaviour thats already had its first payout.
Though they are already non-paying, blacklist also has several comments which can be downvoted to decrease his reputation. IMO, it is important to keep this users reputation below zero.
