Hey @sergeyklimenok this idea is really superb. If this company will make it happen then I am very sure that many giants companies will use their platform to execute merger process. Recently in India merger of Vodafone and Idea celular announced and it will take almost a year time to finish all the formalities. This kind of advanced mechanism can make it more easier ans fast to save time and cost as well. Overall I can blockchain is future technology which will advance the waybwe work currently.
