🤝Deutsche Börse, Swisscom and Sygnum entered into strategic partnership to build a trusted digital asset ecosystem. They will become shareholders in Daura tokenization platform.
🚦DX.Exchange, an Estonia-based platform has opened its market to secondary trading of security tokens. The exchange now allows companies to list their security tokens previously issued on other platforms. Currently, the platform is functioning in a closed regime for some 8,000 pre-registered users.

🏹With few announcements made, ConsenSys has been developing the Dauriel Network - a white label platform, that corporates, exchanges and custodians can use to issue and manage tokenized financial assets. ⚙️ICON has announced its token standard IRC16 to simplify the process of creating blockchain-based securities and tokenized assets
Regulation
🇺🇸The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s chairman Clayton stated that Ethereum «may not represent an investment contract under the Howey framework».
🇩🇪The German Ministry of Finance has recommended that the country recognizes blockchain-based securities as a legitimate form of financial instrument and regulate them as such.
