Well, don't panic! Legislation, yes but HODL, some or a bunch of that is F.U.D. (FEAR, UNCERTAINTY and DOUBT)

Are investment bankers your guide?

Did bankers not make enough bad loans and collect on them until 2007-8 and then CD SWAP?
