Thank you! I can’t imagine a first aid recipe without comfrey haha! It’s just so good. We actually tested the ability to help heal fractured bones last year (unfortunately) and I have to say I was really impressed. The injury healed up quickly and saved ourselves a trip to the doctor. It will always have a place in my garden. Thank you so much!

You know I hurt my wrist at work recently (I think it is a tendon). What do you think the best way to apply comfrey to that would be?

I would make a poultice by just soaking the comfrey in warm water and then wrapping it in gauze then applying it to your wrist. Almost making a little tea bag from it. We then wrapped the area in more gauze and a wrap to hold it all together. We did that for a few hours on and off throughout the day and then a fresh one at night. It worked great for us. I hope you heal quickly @canadianrenegade

I have dried comfrey leaves and those empty tea bag. I think I will give this a try. Thank You!
