This cycle of posting the exact same post 4-5 times a day and deleting the old ones is really not the behaviour of an adult. I hope for your sake you aren't one.
Accounts become unable to post when reputation goes negative because they are prevented from having enough transaction bandwidth. The higher your reputation and Steem Power, the greater your bandwidth to use the network.

I don't get it either... This one also posted a bunch of junk posts. I'm about to unfollow them...
It's quite sad, but it looks like the strategy is to devalue STEEM and SBD until it can be bought for pennies on the dollar...
Similar things have been done with physical assets in the past.
This account won't last much longer though, so it's nothing to worry over.
