Today my First Son was Born - Little Leo ---- My Thoughts and Emotions
Hey everyone, some may know I have been waiting patiently with anxiety for the arrival of my first child. Today, well this morning we took his first breathe. His mother did a fantastic job, I am so proud of her, beyond belief. She is quite petite and doesn't deal with small pains well, but I'll tell you now, she was out of this world, didn't cry once and completely zoned out to do her job during labour which lasted for 12 hours. She even went through it all without pain relief, so for me she overcame a great challenge and for that she has blown my mind away.
For the guys reading this, today I learnt that we are truly inferior to women, there is no other way about it. To go 9 months with the body changes then go through that ordeal is beyond comprehension, we may be "physically stronger" but we are wimps compared to women. I wish I could see my face during it all, I couldn't take my eyes of my GF purely due to amazement of her endurance through it all, then during labour I was a mess. I couldn't cope, I had head in hands totally astonished by it all. When he finally arrived I was an emotional wreck, I fell to pieces and cried like I couldn't believe. I was blubbering and wobbling and the whole thing was out of this world, I swear it was like another dimension in that room and my women controlled it all.
So to all you mothers out there, you are all amazing and if any guy gives you shit, remind him what the hell you went through haha. X

To anyone having a bit of a crappy day, just remember there are times in our life that totally change the perspective, what ever it may be. There is love in this world that can't be explained and moments that will come that will make you happy what ever they may be. We are all here for a purpose, what ever it may be, but always remember to be as happy as you can and follow your dreams, continue to be yourself and have belief that life will treat you well.
Oh and if anyone is curious of the name, I wanted to name him after a scientist, and as he is half Italian we used Leonardo after the great Da Vinci of course.

Congratulation aka Super Dad. Welcome to the world little Leo. I think you will like it, the world. There is so much to do, so much to see, and the taste and smells of life, you are going to love it. Don't worry to much about the speed at which you get around, you will get faster and in no time at all be up and on your own two feet, running willy nilly here and there.
Then one day, your dad or your mom will present you with you first form of transportation, you first tricycle, oh the joy of those three wheels. pedaling as fast as your little legs will go, then the utter joy of your first two wheeled bicycle, ---well I better let you dad tell you all about that and the other joys in life you are going to experience..
