Wrap chicken with chips as sandwich served in my uncle bistro

Hello steemians!

Today i will present you the dish of my uncle bistro, the one i love to make with a cool mind of love and it was the best seller since we started

Let me show you the wrap chicken+chips of PMC GRILL

The chicken filet
Spread in the cange powder then into the egg mix with milk spread ot again in the cange powder. After that cook the chicken in the high pressure of hot oil about 5 minutes untill the chicken become crispy then cut it into big piece

Now time to prepare the wrap!
Start with the large flour tortillas

Spread the filling(we should fill the less amount you think you need if overfilling the flour is risk of death)...
So in the middle i use to put all the things just to free some space on the side to roll the tortillas

How it start
1 add cheese and sauce

2 add salade

---

3 add chips and chicken with sauce

---

4 then roll it shape

Now time to cook!
Place the wrap in the sandwich toaster,press it about 2 or 3 minutes of 200 degrees

Now the final result how to fold a wrap, it’s time to get creative with you fillings
