Exploring the Interior of the Government Palace

It has been 28 years since the Federal Government Palace in Cumana was set on fire by vandals as a form of protest against Governor Eloy Gil and the presidency of Rafael Caldera. Since then, all that remains are the ruins of what was once a symbol of the architecture and construction methods that can still be seen in the city's Historic District.
