Nice first post, but if you are going to go aggregating cool posts, you should probably find someone to sponsor your digests.

First of all, @ateam features a lot of posts that were on a trending page. Aggregating them doesn't bring much value, since they've got quite a bit of exposure already.
I think you do something cool, that is interesting and brings value, then bring it to attention of a whale, or somesuch. :-) Maybe ask others who started such digests, how did it work for them?
None of these were on a trending page when I wrote this post.
You might want to look for posts that are cool, unnoticed and at lest 5-6 hours old then?
