Hello @aftabkhan10, please take in account that this is a bid bot. The bid bots shall be seen as promotional tools not as profit generators. It might happen that the rounds are higher than the amount of the vote power so the vote will be smaller than the amount of the bid. All bid bots function like this. More information on how you can calculate a vote can be found in the @boomerang whitepaper.

But what about when someone earns a heavy Upvote and receives a completely different Upvote lower in price than showed actually here.

Dear @aftabkhan10, the Bot Tracker Tool is to be used only for orientation. Is not an official steemit tool. You placed your bid in the last seconds according to the Bot Tracker Tool to snipe out a better vote, but you did not check the block count in the steem data base. The Bot Tracker Tool was at the time 4 blocks late so your bid was on the new fresh round not on the one you have been trying to get. Also Bot Tracker Tool was build with purpose to not to overbid on a full round, not to snipe good rounds, please have that in mind.
As in the previous reply, @boomerang is a bid bot with the purpose to be used as a promotional tool not as a profit generator.
