You must come with combination of both the ideas, if somebody purchase genesis mining contract, you give them maximum vote upto 100% , also you can offer upvotes for SBD, charging 1 SBD for 1% upvote, in this way you will not only be earning SBD but also promoting Genesis-mining contracts.
