嫩芽红薯尖炒荆芥

清炒红薯尖配鲜荆芥,是我入夏后最偏爱的一口清鲜,不用搭别的荤菜,空口就能吃光满满一大盘。
挑刚掐下的嫩红薯尖,掐掉老梗只留脆嫩的叶尖,再捋一把带着清香气的鲜荆芥嫩叶,热油爆香几粒拍碎的蒜片,先倒红薯尖大火翻软,临出锅前撒进荆芥叶,撒上少许细盐快速颠两下就关火,连多余的调料都不用放。
炒好的菜翠色鲜亮,红薯尖嫩得一抿就出鲜汁,荆芥独有的清凉香气裹在菜叶里,入口爽利不腻人。这两样都是高营养的鲜蔬,满是膳食纤维和维生素,吃下去肠胃润润的,没一会儿就觉得浑身通透,连攒了几天的积食感都散了大半。
不用复杂的技法,也不用名贵的食材,就这一盘清清爽爽的时令鲜蔬,藏着夏天最不费力的舒坦,是我连吃一周都不会腻的家常味道。
