Most folks are as happy as they make up their minds to be. (Abraham Lincoln)
There are circumstances around us that make it very hard to be happy. But, there is a large portion of truth in this saying by Abraham Lincoln, in which he claims that we are as happy as we make up our minds to be.
What does it mean? If you want to be happy and make a decision that you want to be happy, that is most likely what will happen. You are absolutely influencing your own life, and that is why you need to take control of your life and in your brain and send the right messages.
Yesterday, I read that the frontal lobe is the control center of the brain. That is the area in which we decide about attention, our ethics, and also patience. In other words, we need to strengthen our brain, and one way to strengthen our brain is by exercising. It will let the blood flood better through you body, and also in your brain, it will strengthen the connections in your brain between the different areas, and as a result, you will find it easier to make good decisions!
Isn't that neat?
